GRF (1-29), aka Sermorelin is a bioactive peptide, which belongs to a class of growth hormone (HGH) releasing hormones. The natural analogue of this peptide has rather short half-life in the organism (several minutes), which is insufficient to create high levels of HGH in the blood.

Therefore, by adding 4 additional amino-acid residues into the sequence, scientists have created a stable molecule which is now called GRF (1-29). This modification greatly prolongs the half-life of the peptide (about half an hour) which is enough to induce maximal release of HGH.

The modified analogue of the peptide was called tetrasubstituted. It has changes in positions 2^nd, 8^th, 15^th, and 27^th of original amino-acid sequence, which enhance its stability. Therefore, when you buy this peptide make sure that you purchase tetrasubstituted version.

Recently scientists created a similar to tetrasubstituted GRF (1-29) protein, which is called CJC-1295. It has a special domain DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which allows it to bind to plasma proteins. This complex prolongs its action up to 2 weeks.

Dosage and usage

The usual dosage of Sermorelin is 100-200μg, which is administered via intramuscular or subcutaneous  injections 1-3 times/day.

One can get synergistic effect by stacking it with Growth hormone releasing proteins (GHRP-6 or GHRP-2):

GRF (1-29) 100-200μg

GHRP-6 or GHRP-2 100μg

It’s better to make injections: 15 min. before meal, after workouts, before going to bed.

The length of a cycle is 6-12 weeks.

Storage and preparation

Before using cool the bottle to room temperature, then dissolve the powder with required amount of  water for injections and stir with rotating movements (don’t shake). You can store the ready solution in a fridge for about 10 days. If you use bacteriostatic water the storage time increases up to 1 month. It’s better to dissolve Tetrasubstituted  GRF 1-29 with bacteriostatic water. Don’t freeze the solution.
